Global public timeline

I suspect many converts from StatusNet will like to see an equivalent of the 'Public' timeline on Pump.

There is a firehose available - https://ofirehose.com/doc/subscribe - which recommends that such a service could be created using PubSubHubbub to create a 'Public' feed.

I think Hubub by Owen Shepherd (http://hubub.e43.eu/ - Source code in https://github.com/oshepherd/hubub ) solves this issue, and so, it can be closed.
