本更新主要是bug修复

修复vmess的prng使用math/rand的漏洞,关联 #161 
vmess在不给出security时直接使用auto 修缮vmess,防止空指针panic 
修复 #154，使用proxyProtocol时闪退的bug;
修复 #151 bug

还有一些其他新特性正在写，但是并未完成，需要等待下一个版本或者正式版中再告诉大家。
