The bnkextr hasn't drastically changed, but since files are being generated with different filenames I thought, a major version bump would make sense.
- By default extract files to a subdirectory with the same name as the *.bnk file
- Use index ID for filenames instead of counting - should help with cross-references
- Add option
/nodirif no subdirectory generation is wished - Modernized the source code
