Looks like it is not needed as Windows IOT supports nodejs (chakra) so it is possible to use https://github.com/feross/webtorrent to build torrent client.


Port momotorrent (https://github.com/mono/monotorrent) and Universla.Torrent (https://github.com/haroldma/Universal.Torrent) to UWP/portable

The goal: Torrent client with DHT is working on RP3 - Windows IOT Core
