add additional extensions to R v4.0.3 easyconfig

Some extensions were missing from #11663:

• nlsem (add nlsem extension to R 4.0.0 easyconfig #11733)
• mitools, survey, tableone, jstable (see add packages mitools survey tableone jstable to R-4.0.0 #11841)
• RCAL, sensemakr (see add RCAL + sensemakr extensions to R 4.0.0 #11921)
