This is necessary since the value collides when stacking multiple telemetry layers and tracing-subscriber panics.

This is a simple sketch removing
SpanInitAtfrom span metadata.It's necessary when allowing the use of multiple telemetry layers since the values collide in
tracing-subscriber::registry::ExtensionsMut::insertand results in a panic at runtime.
