README: Discord link is useless

What steps will reproduce the problem?

The README contains a link to a Discord channel. For users who aren't already on the server that hosts the channel, clicking the link doesn't do anything useful. In particular, it doesn't tell the user what server the channel is on, what the channel is called, or try to join the server. All it does is display this screen:
