Issue to track various pending improvements for print

First step: Use some larger real camp data to test edge cases of printing

I am using real camps on a case-by-case basis to reproduce and fix errors, e.g. #7779 #7998 #8002
For client print, I don't need this issue to track the problems, I'll usually open individual issues for each problem I identify.
@usu do you still need this issue? Is this issue still being worked on?
