Copy camp

Copying a whole camp has been requested as a feature by 5 independent people (one via discord, 4 via contact form). We have already prepared this, but only allow copying camp templates so far.
This needs a UI workflow for how the users can select a camp to copy. Also, maybe we should allow different levels of copying: With schedule entries + activities? Only the categories and camp admin setup? Etc.

Suggestion:

In the same way as an activity is copied, we also offer this option for camps.
The URL of another camp can be specified in the 'Create camp' dialog:

Only the step 'Info' is required.

Alternative suggestion

In the same way as a camp template (Lagervorlage) is selected, we also offer an option to copy non-template camps which the user has access to.
The template dropdown select should be extended or changed to account for this. Here we need UI guidance from @manuelmeister.

• Option A: Easiest way, simply add all accessible camps to the dropdown. Very easy to implement, more or less a one-liner
• Option B: Dropdown which shows nothing or only the camp templates by default, with an additional search field to find other accessible camps. Probably doable using v-combobox instead of v-select. Maybe easiest to use for existing eCamp v3 users.
• Option C: A whole dialog box to find and select camps, could also allow filtering by metadata if we find use cases for it. Most extensible option, but also most effort to implement. I have previously created this mockup for such a dialog, details to be discussed (ignore the bottom right part):
  

In my opinion, as soon as we allow copying camps, people might start adding each other as guests to old camps just to share them as camp templates. Rather than just tolerate this, we could embrace this and let users share their camps in the future, as a means to enable organization-specific or even Abteilung-specific camp templates. On the other hand, maybe it's too early to think this far into the future, and we also have to consider #820.

Workflow

Same as today. I think the Vorlage step is still useful when copying a camp. It might not be my own camp, I might have just gotten guest access to it a few minutes ago, for copying purposes.

Reasoning

As a coach and course leader, I am of the opinion that copying a complete camp programme is not good practice. Copying programme should be a conscious choice, and the copied programme needs to be checked to account for differences in participant group composition, individual needs, changed camp location, changes to the leader team, availability of material and many more factors. So, copying the programme should not be the default option in my opinion. Copying the camp admin settings on the other hand can be very useful, which we probably all agree on.

Core Meeting Decision

Milestone 1: #7480

• We add an option in the camp create wizard to specify a custom camp link to use as a prototype. This behaves exactly as today (not copying activities, schedule entries, camp collaborations) except for non-personal material lists.
• Individual activities can only be copied manually from accessible camps.

Milestone 2: #7481

• We want to enable users to visit "shared" marked camps.
• This option can be modified by the CAMP_MANAGER.
• Individual activities can be copied manually from "shared" marked camps as well.
• We don't intend these "shared" marked camps to be listed somewhere in eCamp.
• Prevent access to camp collaborators related data for non-role-users. (team, personal-materiallists, dayresponsibles, activityresponsibles, comments)

For #7445 we think it is enough for users to distribute "shared" camp links via other ways of communication.

Far future

If we one day want random (such that you can revoke and create a new share links) camp share links, we can use the campid as the initial token for these links.
