XTax - [MOD] Se renombre clase X_Tax -> XTax, por estándar, se homologa idioma.
MTax - [MOD] Se elimina código comentado, se descompone funcionalidad de metodo validate, se estandariza condiciones y nombres de variables, se emplean try's.
