Steps:
- choose a list of runs
- launch analysis on calibTrees
- python launch -r list_of_runs
- merge the output
- python merge.py
- treatment of BX lumi
- run brical
- time brilcalc lumi -r 321305 --xing -o lumi_run321305.csv
- remove the first line of the csv file
- readLumiPerBx.py run_number # it produces a file: lumi_bx.root
- run brical
- produce the final plots
- python StoN_finalPlots.py
Remarks:
- each of the script have several options (check with -h)
- possibility to run on std_bunch, aag
