Release status

In series, the following will be released via che-release:

• che-theia, che-machine-exec, che-devfile registry,
• che-plugin-registry (once che-theia and machine-exec are done)
• che-parent, che-dashboard, che-workspace-loader, and che (server assembly), including release to Maven Central
• che-operator

Then, these steps will be done, which still require some manual intervention (PR verification is not yet automated):

• generation of OperatorHub PRs
• chectl

• che-theia, che-machine-exec, che-devfile-registry, che-plugin-registry
• che-parent, che-dashboard, che-workspace-loader, che
• che-operator (depends on all of the above)
  • Update eclipse-che operator for kubernetes to release 7.20.0 operator-framework/community-operators#2498
  • Update eclipse-che operator for openshift to release 7.20.0 operator-framework/community-operators#2497
• chectl (depends on all of the above)

If this is a .0 release:

• send reminder to TLs to triage unresolved issues
• complete current milestone
  • move incomplete deferred issues to backlog
  • move incomplete WIP issues to next milestone
  • close completed issues
  • close milestone

This release might gonna be delayed until Centos CI issue is fixed: https://bugs.centos.org/view.php?id=17781

@mkuznyetsov the issue should be resolved for now:

We had problems with ci.centos.org jobs failing after the vault plugin version update on oct 6
Now vault plugin defaults set to version 1 and most of the jobs should just work.

New version of plugin has more rigorous checks for existence and values of secrets, so please update jobs definition and check for null or empty values in referenced secrets.

@ibuziuk maven artifacts are released and published, however the rest of the che-release might gonna be delayed for some more

after testing chectl update, it has been discovered that it installs nigthly version of che, instead of 7.20.0. Looking ATM with @tolusha as to why that happened
