Dashboard behaves like there are no changes if Devfile editor has only spacing changes #19882

Describe the bug

Dashboard behaves like there are no changes if Devfile editor has only spacing changes:

^ I'm OK with disabled Save button since actually nothing changed, but I would like to have the ability to Cancel my changes.

Open Devfile editor and do what is displayed on the screenshot above.

Issues go stale after 180 days of inactivity. lifecycle/stale issues rot after an additional 7 days of inactivity and eventually close.

Mark the issue as fresh with /remove-lifecycle stale in a new comment.

If this issue is safe to close now please do so.

Moderators: Add lifecycle/frozen label to avoid stale mode.
