WHAT

This PR changes a couple of things in the respec setup under the hood including:

  • the framework-native features of embedding remote files.
  • adding non specref-indexed standards (such as DSP) as respec-References.
  • possibility for mermaid drawings
  • adding @jimmarino as editor
