Use persistent storages

Feature Request

Prevent data loss when restarting MVD components. Relevant in memory storages must be replaced by persistent ones:

• IdentityHubStore (see Persistent IdentityHubStore IdentityHub#29)
• ParticipantStore (see Persistent ParticipantStore RegistrationService#33)
• EDC Stores required to not loose asset/contract definition/policy data on restart. Transfer data optionally as well.

Why Is the Feature Desired?

Use persistent storages to prevent loosing data (Verifiable Credentials, registered Participants, assets, contract definitions and policies) when restarting connectors and/or the registration service.
