Remove leshan-all module ? #683

Currently when we release, we deliver a leshan-all module.
But we have serious doubt about its usefulness ?

We are considering to remove it from repository.
Is it actually used by someone ? Are you thinking this is a useful module ?

As nobody sounds to be really interested by this module, I prepared a PR #706 which remove it from.
