- Is the Folder Structure correct?
- Are all Pilot-Gap Analysis Findings addressed? - done with the process's piloting.
- Are all Tool Requirements and Dependencies addressed? - no tool requirements in Folder Templates (these are handled in respective process descriptions).
- Are the workflows complete and properly described?
- Is the content free from tools, links to PMP?
- Is the content from PMP and Process area checked and properly aligned?
- Are the standard requirements, work products complete, correct linked? - done in "gd" docs and not in the "doc" stored in the folder structure
