This PR seems to define topics for security management plan. Process Description is an project independent framework, which should be tool agnostic and usable not only for the S-CORE project, Further it has defined structure and documents, so please consider to add your topics to existing document, e.g. Security Management Plan Templates, guidelines.
If the intention is to contribute topics to the S-CORE security plan, please consider to update the Security Management Plan in the score repos, which is part of the PMP here
