Bug Description:

Hi,
In the chat panel, a user can press send/enter in the input text box while it is empty, and then the icon is changed to cancel although nothing should happen.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. open AI chat panel
  2. don't type anything in the input box
  3. press send
  4. the icon is changed to stop/cancel !!!

Additional Information

  • Operating System: Mac
  • Theia Version: Theia 1.57.1
