Feature Description:

Currently Added MCP Servers don't autostart by default. To do so, the user has to add a dedicated "autostart": true entry to the server configuration.
I suggest to invert that and make MCP Servers autostart by default and only if the user doesn't want that to allow him to explicitly deactivate this.
