Current Behavior

deletion of a pending technical account results in an error message

Expected Behavior

deletion of a technical account with status PENDING should be viable

Steps To Reproduce

  1. go to technical user management https://portal.int.catena-x.net/technicalUserManagement
  2. search an account with status PENDING
  3. press the delete button
