Code clean up from move to Github.

The proper method to installing this utility is:

  1. Download the tarball or xz file from this release (don't clone! and don't use source!)
  2. Extract files.
  3. Run ./configure
  4. Run sudo make install

These tools change some variables within the files to match your OS settings. FreeBSD port maintainer - you need to use the included make file and configure script, too!
