I've done a good bit of research on this today.

I see that as of April 2019, iTunes flipped over half of their tags upside down (no longer lists them).

In addition, they now list these "Situational" type tags.

I have started on a pretty large update of all of these tags. However, some changes will cause a breaking change as I am not able to upgrade without certain changes. :(

With that said, these changes will be added to the 2.x branch for breaking changes.
