Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I would like it to be possible to set the gravatar email address in use.
Especially in single user mode as it's now resolving to the single user mode user name instead of an email address therefore it's not able to generate any picture.
Bonus would be that it could also be used in multi user mode, to instead of use the account's email address always use the same icon for anything that's being published by the site.
