Missing content type icons

The following content types are missing icons:

• lc
• event
• eventapplication

We can use the same icons we use in the old portal, they just need to be added to the new codebase and used.

The Dexterity Developer Manual shows you how to tell Plone which icons to use for our content types.

Icons path are defined in eestec/portal/profiles/default/types/*.xml
