Recent changes:
 - Removed "tabs" permission requirement. Wasn't needed to create a tab, actually.
 - Clarifications in code commenting
 - Removed rogue ? in css url so css should cache again
 
Current problems:
 - AFAIK none

Todo:
 - Allow users to mark notifications read from extension
 - Group notifications together if they're from the same question
