Vue3 migration

Hi!, I open a possible migration PR, open to whatever you consider important to change.

Mayor changes:

• importing hand defineComponent functions from vue, I added --external vue (as you use with prism) to build script. Reference: https://v3.vuejs.org/guide/migration/render-function-api.html#migration-strategy
• Render function doesn't have params anymore. We take them from setup. Reference: https://v3.vuejs.org/guide/migration/render-function-api.html#render-function-signature-change
• VNode data is flat now, so we don't need assign function anymore. Reference: https://v3.vuejs.org/guide/migration/render-function-api.html#vnode-props-format and Render Function API Change vuejs/core#29
• BREAKING: { functional: true } option in components created by functions is removed https://v3.vuejs.org/guide/migration/functional-components.html#functional-components

I could test it with both inline and pre
I could test it in a Vue3 app with Vite.
