Release Summary
This release introduces key modules for managing and validating microplans, assigning facilities, and finalizing estimations, with support from three core services: Plan Service, Resource Generator, and Census Service. Known limitations are also outlined.
Module Highlights:

Set Up & Manage - Configure microplans, ingest population and facility data, manage user access, and reuse existing plans.

Validation - Validate, edit, and finalize population data along with tracking logs and user comments.

Map & Assign - Assign/de-assign facilities to catchment areas, manage jurisdiction mappings, and finalize mappings.

Estimation - Validate, update, and finalize microplan estimations. Exports finalized plans to Excel.
Known Limitations:
- No village-level accessibility/security configuration.
- Facility capacity cannot be zero.
- Mixed distribution strategies are unsupported.
This release sets the foundation for effective microplanning while addressing limitations in upcoming updates.
