Huge images can be served from Thumbor

Following on from this comment

Currently we just request the image from Thumbor at the size the original image was meaning huge images will still be bigger than they need to be.

Need to look into possibility of setting a maximum size for any images we request from Thumbor so at least we'll be serving the images at reasonable sizes if huge ones get uploaded
