This plugin outputs cForms entries on pages or posts.

cForms is an awesome WordPress form plugin.
(http://www.deliciousdays.com/cforms-plugin/)

Copy cformout.php to your wp-content/plugins/ folder, and know what the ID number of the form  you want to display.

In your post / page use the shortcode '[printForm id=1]' with the desired ID.
