Why do you want it to be explicit? As I know it autodiscovered by Symfony easily.

It is just a more explicit registration instead of the Symfony bundle registerCommands() method. (magic)

I know it, but prefer to not have something that could be done automatically. Do you know the reason, where this magic will not work?
