Wait for 4chan HTML refresh to happen
Finalize the DB schema with the Foolz guys in preparation for image deduplication feature
Review and merge Foolz changes to asagi
Finish feat/newdumper changes in fuuka
Adapt fuuka dumper and fuuka web ui to image deduplication scheme
Roll out migration scripts
