Describe the bug
After editing an existing video via the editor, there is no preview image anymore. Sometimes also the video length information gets lost.

The reason ist, that the video does not get reinspected because Stud.IP does not know that there where changes made.
To make the plugin aware of these changes, i suggest adding a version identifiert to oc_videos which holds the value of archive_version from the event in Opencast. archive_version gets incremented if changes are made to the event. This finally allows to even update the metadata in Stud.IP if it is changed in Opencast only!
