Re-running tests. There was one oddball CI jenkins failure I've never seen before:

[2021-09-15T22:03:51.454Z] ERROR: for docker_node_tests_1  Cannot create container for service node_tests: Conflict. The container name "/docker_node_tests_1" is already in use by container "3cff4dae434f4fe5de07f9609aaac2a614da86e6830e22776873581bd7598551". You have to remove (or rename) that container to be able to reuse that name.
