Remove modules citrix, kaspersky, rapid7 and tenable (#20706) (#20750)

These experimental modules turned out not to be interesting for the following reasons: - citrix and kaspersky parsers expect data from a ODBC connection. - rapid7 and tenable require additional parsing. (cherry picked from commit f06bcc5)
