Removes IP fields from the default_field array in the generated Elasticsearch template.

It seems in the past when using _all, lenient: true was automatically applied. I'm wondering now if not field is set and default_fields are used, Elasticsearch should also set lenient: true automatically? @jasontedor Perhaps you can chime in here?

@jasontedor We had a separate discussion around this today in the morning it's clear that this will not happen in ES for various reason, no need to comment ;-)
