  1. move preprocessor from libbeat and move packetbeat 

    - remove preprocessor worker completely from libbeat
- introduce transaction publisher in packetbeat to event processing:
  - GeoIP
  - normalize addresses
- simplify sync/async publisher client
- update new_protocol docs and changelog
