- Fix remaining AOT compiler errors
- More AOT annotations
- Id and Routing converters need to be public in order to be used by static serializer contexts outside of the client.
- Add Serializer context
- Add overload taking multiple IJsonTypeResolvers and ensure we use JsonTypeInfoResolver.Combine
