script_score and feature queries don't use the same name for the same function

script_score's rational function is the same as feature's saturation function. We should use the same name in both cases. I don't have a strong preference.

Please remember to add relevant labels to all issues created. At the very least this should include an area label since without an area label issues may fall through the cracks and be missed by teams.
