According to Stack Monitoring->CCR, there are some metrics like Sync Lag (Ops), Ops Synced but there is no explanation about how these values are calculated.
elastic/kibana#23013 has some explanation but it is not clear enough.

It is appreciated if we can add the explanation to the docs.
