EuiComboBox menu not scrolling with input when page is scrolled

Kibana Map application uses EuiComboBox inside of a scrollable container. When the container is scrolled, the menu does not move with the scroll and instead stays in the same location.

In the following screen shot, the menu belongs to the combobox at the bottom but scrolling has disconnected the menu from the input
