code-editor elastic search mode

I am wondering if there is the possibility to use a custom elastic search mode within eui code-editor (with appropriate syntax highlighting and autocompletion)?

We have not created one. Kibana has built out some custom tokenizing for autocomplete, but it has been built on top of the ace editor and not a drop-in extension. There is also a conversation starting around extracting this functionality in elastic/kibana#59962

Per #3807, it's unlikely that we will add additional functionality on top of the existing EuiCodeEditor in EUI.
Any further development, especially with direct relation to Elasticsearch, will happen inside of a Kibana plugin.
