Reverts #1404
In light of conversations around #1450 as well as some React dependencies we noticed needing upgrades in Kibana, we're gonna revert this while it's really easy so that EUI can continue upgrading for the busy week before feature freeze.
I'll be cutting a new release and updating the notes about 6.5
