Summary

Quoting from the issue:

The RTL custom *ByTestSubj queries are added to the exported screen, but when wrapping an element with the within() helper, they are absent.

This attaches the custom queries so you can chain them off within(el).

Fantastic!!! My RTL noobiness is showing, I didn't even know within was an API 😅 Thanks so much for the contribution @zinckiwi - I'd be super curious to hear if you/your team is using EUI's RTL helpers in Kibana or elsewhere, and how helpful they are for y'all.

A couple quick missing items:

I think that's all that's left that I can see - thanks for the really great tests as well! 🙌

Thanks for the review, just plain slipped my mind to check the exports.

We're migrating from enzyme to RTL on the Cloud UI side, mostly just to unblock React upgrades, so using the test-subj stuff all over. Good stuff, thanks!

Upgrade EUI to v79.0.1 (#156925)

`eui@77.2.2` ⏩ `eui@79.0.1`

🦴 The primary changes in this upgrade are around the deprecated
`EuiLoadingContent` being removed in favor of `EuiSkeletonText`.
- Most instances have been a [direct swap of
usage](327626a),
but [some replacements were a bit more
opinionated](e6ceb36)
as I saw them as potential to take advantage of `EuiSkeletonText`'s
syntactical sugar and screen reader announcements for when state
switches to loaded.
