[RAC] Workflow status is not updated on alerts

Kibana version:
Tested on internal edge cluster

Description of the problem including expected versus actual behavior:
When I close an alert, it seems that it does not change the alert workflow status.

Steps to reproduce:

1. go to the alert view in Observability
2. Click the overflow menu of one of the alerts, select "close alert"
3. wait for the feedback that the alert has been closed (toast message)
4. close the alert again

Could it be that the table is just not updated? What happens if you click "Refresh"?

It looks like #107650 and #107629 were merged 2 hours ago, whereas you created this issue 3 hours ago (before the feature was actually merged)

@katrin-freihofner Could you double check again? I was checking the same thing in the morning, and it didn't work because the feature was not merged.

@katrin-freihofner From your video I can tell you are not using the latest version of the workflow status feature (the UI of the workflow status buttons is not uptodate with the latest changes @afgomez did)

I keep this issue open though so that I can do end to end testing with latest changes from master.
