Describe the bug
Pagination and Page Navigation options are getting hidden under Timeline option bar for Preview Results of New Rule.

Build Details

Version : v8.2.0_BC2
Commit : 3535a206838845689639344afaf64a58c663b3c1
Build : 51772

Browser Details
This issue is occurring on all browsers.

Preconditions

  1. Kibana must be available.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to Security -> Rules
  2. Click on Create new Rules option.
  3. Select Custom Query as Rule Type
  4. Under Custom query fill any query (here - host.name : * )
  5. Click on Preview Results option.
  6. For Alerts Table , click on Full Screen option.
  7. Observe that , at bottom of the page, Pagination and Page Navigation Options will be hidden under Timeline option bar due to which user is unable to navigate between pages.

Actual Result
Pagination and Page Navigation options are getting hidden under Timeline option bar for Preview Results of New Rule.

Expected Result
Pagination and Page Navigation options should not be hidden under Timeline option bar for Preview Results of New Rule.

What's Working

  • Issue is not occurring while editing an existing rule.

  • Horizontal Scroll bar is also getting hidden under Timeline option bar

Hi @marshallmain

We have validated this issue on v8.2.0-BC3 build and found that issue is fixed. Pagination and Page Navigation options show under Timeline option bar on Full Screen option for Preview Results of New Rule.

Please find below build and testing details.
