[Filter Bar] Edit filter popover doesn't close when deleting first (of X) filter badges

Not necessarily an issue since I can reproduce this on main branch as well, but if the filter popup content is open, deleting the filter still keeps the popup open. Note that the popup now shows content for a different filter. Was able to reproduce this in multiple places and it's not a blocker, just wanted to raise it up.

@qn895 & @stratoula I moved this to a new issue since it wasn't directly related to #128401. I can confirm that this happens, but only if you have multiple filter badges and you edit/delete the first one.
