In 8.6, we will deliver the guided onboarding experience for Security. This issue is to track the work needed to integrate with the guided onboarding framework and complete the end-to-end flow.

  • The button "continue using Elastic" at the end of the guide should take the user to the overview dashboard.
  • Is there a docs link we should add to the guide description?

## Summary
Fixes #138644

This PR adds a manual completion to the Alerts and fixes the link to
redirect the user to Dashboards as the end of the guide.
