The feedback on the generic click event has been great so far as other Kibana devs can easily find out if a feature/button is used just by filtering the click events via their CSS selector. It feels like free telemetry to them.

To follow this trend, the @elastic/kibana-core team (and potentially the @elastic/shared-ux) could work together to collect more generic info that benefits us all. Some ideas are (feel free to extend the list):
