Kibana version: 8.8.0

Description of the problem including expected versus actual behavior:

When auto refresh is enabled on the Monitor Details page or Test Run Details page, each time data refreshes the charts enter a loading state and disrupt the UI.

This is in contrast to the Overview page, which refreshes silently. Data is updated and colors are changed for metric cards if monitors go up/down, but no additional loading states are displayed.

Ideally, new data on the monitor details page and test run details page would be fed in silently when the page refreshes.
